Welcome to REALDEAL Network (“RDN,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service  govern your access to and use of our website, community portal, memberships, events, educational content, affiliate programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Membership and Access

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in REALDEAL Network.

• Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Subscriptions: Access to certain features (such as Atrium, Incubator, First Door Challenge, Continuum, or Sanctum) may require a paid subscription. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase.

• Trials & Promotions: Any discounted first month or promotional offers are subject to these Terms and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Community Conduct

To foster a safe and productive environment, members must follow these guidelines:

• Treat all members, hosts, and facilitators with respect.

• Do not use discriminatory, hateful, or offensive language.

• No harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior.

• Discussions should remain professional and related to real estate, business, or community growth.

• Sharing login credentials or access to non-members is prohibited.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

3. Educational Content and Events

• Not Professional Advice: REALDEAL Network and its affiliates are not licensed real estate brokers, attorneys, or financial advisors. Content provided in workshops, events, blogs, or challenges is for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment and financial decisions.

• Requirements: Some groups or challenges require completion of educational courses (e.g., Renatus Essentials, AIT, Xtream Combo). Access may be restricted if prerequisites are not met.

• Recordings: Events may be recorded and used for training, promotion, or archival purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness and contributions to be used.

4. Affiliate Program

• Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines and our Affiliate Policies.

• You may not make income claims, guarantees, or misrepresent the Services.

• Commissions are paid according to the published structure and may change with notice.

• We reserve the right to terminate affiliate status for violation of our rules or misrepresentation of the company.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, branding, trademarks, training materials, and resources provided by REALDEAL Network are our exclusive property or used under license.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.

• Use of the REALDEAL Network name, logo, or branding must follow our brand guidelines.

6. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

• Refunds are not provided except where required by law or as outlined in specific program guarantees (e.g., Test Drive satisfaction policy).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• REALDEAL Network provides educational and community resources “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee results, success in real estate transactions, or financial outcomes.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from your participation in the Services.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arkansas, unless prohibited by law.

• You waive the right to participate in class action claims against REALDEAL Network.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
